We are a small family-run business so unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds within 2 weeks of your arrival date. If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that someone else has the chance to book.

We would like to assure you that in the event of a national lockdown that your booking would be refunded in full excluding the 15% booking fee.

No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Please note that your 15% booking fee is non-refundable.
