Welcome to Camp De Lank. By staying with us, you agree to the following:

All guests use the site and its facilities at their own risk. Camp De Lank is not liable for loss, damage, or injury, or for amenities being unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.
Guests are responsible for their own vehicles and equipment; any damage caused to the site, other guests, or property must be covered by the guest.
No loud music or antisocial behaviour; quiet hours are 10pm–7am.

Allowed but must follow safety rules: at least 3m from structures, on level ground, no flammable liquids, not left unattended, and not lit in windy conditions. Logs for sale; some fire pits available to borrow for free.

Standard pitches: max 6 guests, 2 vehicles, 1 main tent plus either a gazebo or awning.
Nightly fees include 2 people and 1 vehicle; extra guests, vehicles, or pets incur additional fees.
Children under 3 stay free; over 16 counted as adults.
Check-in/Check-out: follow instructions per accommodation type.
Guests can choose their own pitch on arrival by texting their booking name and chosen pitch.
We reserve the right to refuse access or adjust bookings if the party differs from what was reserved.

Well-behaved dogs allowed on standard pitches only. Dogs must be kept on leads, supervised, and owners must clean up after them. Dogs are not allowed in buildings or main facilities.
Certain breeds are not permitted (see Dangerous Dogs Act).

Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Speed limit on site: 5mph; no driving 11pm–6am.
No firearms, explosives, or offensive weapons.
Anti-social, disruptive, or discriminatory behaviour may result in eviction without refund.

Payment due at booking via card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Lead guest responsible for payment and party behaviour.
No refunds for late arrivals, early departures, bad weather, or failure to follow site rules.
15% booking fee is non-refundable.

All buildings and accommodation are strictly non-smoking.
Keep the site clean — rubbish in bins or take it home.
Camp De Lank reserves the right to refuse entry or evict parties if behaviour is detrimental to others, without notice or refund.
Terms may be updated to protect safety, facilities, or guests’ enjoyment.
